Terms and conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and ShakeView ("we"), the trade name under which we operate VendTally while we register the company in the United States. By creating your account or your business in the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. This is a private beta. VendTally is being tested: it may have errors, change or become unavailable, and we do not guarantee a service level. You may use it with your real business, but keep your own records of sales, payments and stock while the test lasts. The issues and feedback you send help us fix it.

2. Your account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information. You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. If you think someone accessed it without permission, write to support@vendtally.app.

3. Your data is yours. The products, prices, customers, invoices and movements you record belong to your business. The app derives stock and balances from those records and does not change them on its own. You are responsible for being legally allowed to use the customer data you store.

4. Permitted use. Do not use the app for illegal activity, to store third-party content without permission or to try to access other businesses' data.

5. Price. Your business starts with a 30-day free trial. No charge is made during the private beta. Before any charge we will notify you at least 30 days in advance with the price, and nothing will be charged without your explicit acceptance. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which will be calculated based on your location.

6. End of the beta or of your account. You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time from Settings. If the beta ends, we will notify you in advance and you can ask us for a copy of your data before it closes.

7. Liability. Because this is a free test, the app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made solely on the app's information. Nothing here limits rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.

8. Changes. If we change these terms we will tell you inside the app. The version date is shown above.

9. Governing law and contact. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where ShakeView is registered. For any question: support@vendtally.app.
